Default Any good recipies for around 250 Calories ?

I am currently 157lbs & trying to cut away some more of my fat.
I have been basing my calorie intake at 1600 ( as near as possible) per day.
I allow 100 calories for the semi skimmed milk I take in my few coffees each day, leaving 1500 Calories for food.
I have been splitting it into 6 meals ( or protein shakes) daily.
That means each meal should be approx 250 cals.
Anyone got good reciepies in that region of calories, give or take ?
I am getting a bit bored of some of the 250 meals I have been eating !
Thanks guys

Default low cal meals

One i really like is spicy tuna salad

1 can solid white albacore tuna in water
8 oz chopped celery
2 oz onion finely chopped
2 tbsp fat free sour cream

drain the tuna (squeeze out as much of the water as you can) then mix it all together with cayenne pepper and fresh black pepper to taste.

Should break down to:
cal: 253
Fat: 2.8
Carb: 17
Prot: 41.7
Fiber: 3.8

If you want to "bulk it up" a bit, serve over a bed of iceberg lettuce for almost no additional calories.

As an added bonus if you add enough cayenne you can pretty much guarantee that you are drinking plenty of water!

Thanks !
That sounds relly nice.
Sadly though, I have been searching in vain for fat free sour cream here in the UK and cant find any.
Not even reduced fat, only finding the full fat version
I like the sound of your recipie though, so i will try to adapt it until I find the fat free sour cream
Thanks !

I couldn't find fat free sour cream either, so I just use reduced free salad cream, tastes good and its 13 calories a go as far as I know.

Here's a tasty one.

One can of chicken (yeah, canned chicken...deal with it! ) and a can of spanish rice (about 1/2 the can) protein and carbs are about even, not very high in fat tho...tastes GREAT esp. w/ some hot sauce.
