For flexibility try and stretch at least 15-30mins everyday. I know it sounds like a lot and time consuming but I do mine in the evenings in front of the TV or something.
For the Agility you could try Plyometrics depending on how fit you are, it can be really stressful on your body. You may also want to do sprint training/interval training. Also set up courses where you have to dodge around cones and this is very specific to agility.
