How much dextrose PWO?
How much dextrose should a 17yr old male put in his PWO shake. I'm currently using a 2:1 ratio of dextrose to whey because I hear that this is the best to use. So far I've been using about 30g of whey and 60g of dextrose. Sometimes, however, I use 40g of whey and 80 grams of dextrose. ||

I use a 2:1 to ratio when bulking, but during a cut I usually keep my daily carbs fairly low--around 120g per day (I weigh ~160lbs). Under those circumstances, I usually only include 20-25g of dex in my PWO shakes, followed by a whole-food carb/protein meal about an hour afterwards. Then I'm pretty much done with carbs for the day, except for whatever I get from veggies.
