LISS(Low Intensity Steady-State) cardio. Where you perform cardio in a range of 65-80% of your max heart rate. One method would be walking on a treadmill at 3.5 to 4.5 mph for 20 minutes or longer, not more than 40 minutes normally. The idea you perform in the aerobic zone where you aren't out of breath and can carry on a conversation. It is an efficient means of hopely burning fat using cardio, anyone can do it, if they feel the need.

If you search through the forum there are about 1,000 threads on LISS.

Basically it's "Low Intensity Steady State" cardio. It involves walking (usually quickly) for about 40-50 minutes.

As for "who should do it" well that's up to you. It may work great for you, and you may not like it. Everyone is different and opinions vary.
