Default need a good cutting menu

Hey,
I am fairly new at this. I have lost 53 pounds of fat from November to now. All I have done is scale back calories little by little. I am down to 188 from 240. I have about 10 more pounds before I can start to see good definition. I can not seem to drop any more. I have started to workout (Max OT) and do HITT as well. Any suggestions on what to do to cutt the next 10 fat pounds?
Thanks,
Brian

Yes. Take a look at the sticky threads at the top of the Introductions/Beginners Forum. I especially recommend marcus's article, "my guide to nutrition for weight loss" and gravityhomers guide to weight loss. Both are excellent, easy to read, and come from a wealth of personal experience. Not only that, they're pretty much standard reading around here.

Congradulations for coming so far. You're doing great! The last pounds are the hardest. Keep up the good work and welcome to JSF.
