How do you all feel about chewing sugarless trident gum? I've heard some people say that it actually makes them hungrier, but some say it helps suppress hunger. I'm guessing it promotes the release of digestive enzymes in the stomach and small intestine... Is it okay to chew gum while cutting?

I loove Trident gum =)

I've heard god and bad thing's about gum. And I don't know which are true, but most of them make sense to me anyway. Some might be myths but I don't know which.

Gum increases blood flow to the head, making you smarter if you chew gum frequently.

Chewing gum is abd for your body because it tricks it into thinking you're eating, while your stomach recieves nothing.

Chewing gum burns more calories then gained.
