Hey all.

I've been dieting and working out and have lost about 10 pounds in 2 months. I'm pretty pleased with myself. Anyway, I was wondering about adding supplements to help keep the weight loss coming. I can't have things with too much stimulants because of my mood disorder. I currently workout 3 times a week with cardio at the end of each.

Any info would be appreciated.

Do you stay away from any particular stimulant? Caffeine maybe?

You don't need any supplementation if what you're doing is working. Keep doing what you're doing and keep seeing results.

When you stall - drugs aren't the answer. Supplements have their place (usually with filling the pockets of those selling them) but fat loss is straight forward - take in less calories than you're putting out.

Changing up your lifting, different types of or intensity of cardio or tweaks to your diet are the answers. But again - you said yourself what you're doing is working - keep doing it!
