What is your lean body mass? (aka fat free mass)

Default What is your lean body mass? (aka fat free mass)

And what did you start at? I'm sittin' happy at 175 Lean Body Mass, started out at about 156 (or so).

(Started at ~33% BF at 236 and now ~25% BF and 230) I'm not really trying to cut. I am much too lazy to stick to a hardcore cutting diet :-D.

Im sitting at 21% BF with 219 pounds of lean mass, started at 28% BF with 217 lean mass.

I'm at a pathetic 150-152 lb. LBM, started in the low 140's. It's hard to be sure how much you have, b/c bf% estimates jump around so much. I hope to get to 175 lbm eventually.

147 Lean Mass
182 Total weight.

Hopefully cut down to 155Lbs 10% body fat by late june.

i did that test on bodybuilding.com said i was meso ? is there any other accurate test out there?

i don't beleive in the whole thing, if you lose weight you change what your prebuilt body type is, thus pretty much throwing the whole idea out It's just what shape your body is at that time, nothing more.

oh and i'm 143-145lb LBM

Routine is 3 days MAX-OT weights, 3 days cardio, 1 day rest
Weight loss - 194lb to 162.5lb = 31.5lbs
