running makes legs fat?

Default running makes legs fat?

hi, i would like to know will running at least 5km everyday make yr legs bigger like at the thigh or what?

I don't have any personal experience but I've watched TV. The sprinters seem to have large legs. The distance runners don't.

I've never really been a distance runner. I have always limited myself to 3 miles, with an occasional 6-9 mile run once every month or so. My thighs never got bigger really just stronger, but my calves sure became pretty big, cut and strong.

Same for me. My thighs got leaner thus looking more cut, but not bigger.

Want bigger quads? Do Squats and watch your quads blow up.
