Well, after a mere 20 days, I have lost ten pounds, going from 206 to 196. I want to get down to about 180, so I have a ways to go. I've heard that the first ten pounds are easy, but it becomes difficult after that. John was at about 202 on day 20, but had lost about 13 pounds, so I guess so far our results are similar (YAY!)

Anybody have any comments on whether or not difficulty will increase now?
