Default Psychological barrier reached, time to crush it!

Well, after a mere 20 days, I have lost ten pounds, going from 206 to 196. I want to get down to about 180, so I have a ways to go. I've heard that the first ten pounds are easy, but it becomes difficult after that. John was at about 202 on day 20, but had lost about 13 pounds, so I guess so far our results are similar (YAY!) Anybody have any comments on whether or not difficulty will increase now?

Default Yeah

You should always change up your routine because you're body will keep adapting to whatever you're situation is. That's why you should trying to consistently add weight to your weight training exercises, and vary your exercises, and instead of just biking, switch to swimming for a few weeks and the like.
