Default Gym Of Pain

I don't know if this link has been shared before: http://filecabi.net/video/gymofpain.html

It's a compilation of weight-lifting home movie accidents.

lol, that was actually pretty funny! I was cringing through the whole thing because I was expecting dislocated joints and broken bones.

How about the little kid doing one-arm barbell bench press? He looked like he had about 10kg on each end!

I particularly liked the one where the kid drops through the floor...

Freaky video, its easy to tell that the part with the kid doing a 1 arm bench press that he has people on each side lifting it up and down

I cringe at one near the very end, where the guy has it above his head and it falls down and lands on his stomach, the one just after the kid doing fake one arm pressing, it doesnt look very funny yet you can hear people laughing throughout it, I for sure wouldnt be, alot of people could have gotten pretty seriously hurt during all of them, yet some people look at it as comedy

I also saw that some of them had spotters who didnt even help them when somthing went wrong..
