Default Cooked food in the fridge

Hi Guys,

I'm currently cooking a brown pasta dish with a tomato based sauce, peppers, courgettes, etc.. all mixed in with a lot of tuna. I normally cook two lots and put one seriving in a airtight food box and then in the fridge. I eat this the next day.

But my question is, this is a cold fridge (just above freezing) and it's in a airtight box, so how long could I safely keep this food for?

Thanks!

My advice is to follow your eyes and nose...if it looks or smells funky chuck it. I think there is a wide variation in how long food keeps depending on all kinds of conditions...personally I wouldn't want to re-heat tuna after 3 days, but even then it might still be good.
