Default How much fat should I consume

I want to shed body fat. You can see what I'm talking about on my pictures. How many grams of fat should I consume daily in order to do this? Today I consumed 28 grams of fat or 26%. It would be lower but I had a light ceasar salad dressing that was 7 grams of fat. I am not concerned about the exercise portion - I have that figured out. Thanks.

20-30% is the general recommendation so the 26% sounds fine. just make sure you are getting healthy fats and not saturated fat. it takes trial and error to figure out what works best for you. for me, i have found that i am more sensitive to carbs so i look and feel better when i compensate less carbs for more fat.

Not all saturated fats are bad.

I would say about 20% for fat, make it 1/3 polys, 1/3 monos, 1/3 sats fat. You need some saturated fats in your diet.
