To much to soo?

Default To much to soo?

I got a question, I started out at 185 3 weeks ago and I am now down to 176. Thats like a avg of 3 pounds/week.

Is this normal for people starting out to loose that quickly? I am lifting weights 3-4 times a week, and doing some sort of cardio 4-5 times a week. My diet is totally different and I am try to consume no more then 2200 calories a day..I sure do miss drinking Coke everyday

it's fine, just make sure you're eating ENOUGH.
try tracking your calories/macronutrients for an entire day.

Also remember the innital 1-2 weeks you are dropping some excess water weight as well. If you consistently keep it at the 3+ lbs mark from this point on, you might think about bumping your calories up VERY SLIGHTLY. But NOT with a cola

Thanks everyone. My goal is to loose 25 total which will bring me to 160, so I am almost halfway there. After that I plan to cut even more, but work harder on weights to get more defined
