Default Randomising Everything

I've read a lot about randomising when you eat, how much you eat, how much and when you run etc being a goog thing to not allow your body to 'adapt' too easily.

I wondered could you *completely* randomise your weightloss/training? Would this shock your body into complying, or just burn you out? I'm talking about eating at completely different times of the day (and differing meals), never getting into a routine. Training for varying amounts at a time and varying resistance etc.

I'm not sure I'd want to try it, I just wondered what people thought the outcome might be
