Default BBQ Tuna Sloppy Joe

I can't stand the taste of tuna so on day i mixed in 2 table spoons of BBQ sauce. Heated it up for 30 seconds, and added two slices of wheat bread. The taste reminded me of a sloppy joe so i was happy protein, carbs, and low cals all in one.

Be careful; most BBQ sauce is loaded with HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup), which is about the worst thing you can eat when you are trying to lose weight.
