Default EFA's

Essential fatty acids, omega 3/6/9's, flaxseed oil, fish oil, etc

Kind of curious, how many people here are taking them?

Here's a short list of what they are supposed to do

Support healthy testosterone levels
Prevent post exercise muscle inflammation
Burn as efficiently as fat, without storing as body fat if not used
Anti Cancer benefits (regarding flax, there are conflicting studies as to whether flax helps or hinders cancer)

That's just a few, if you have anything to add the list, or for that matter, take away, list in this thread.

I used to take them, not that consistently though. Liquid flax..."pleasant nutty flavor" my ass

I been taking fish oil for quite awhile now... My parents buy it and say it's good for overall health so I just take one capsule each morning with my multivitamin...

I use flax by a company called Udo's Choice (liquid form). A little on the expensive side but I feel it is well worth it. I take a tablespoon prior to each meal as it also aids in digestion. I usually take approx. 4 a day.

I take flax oil (liquid form) once a day, 1 tbsp. I don't eat much fish so I figure I probably need the extra boost of EFAs.

I use Udo's Oil, 2tbsp morning & night. tastes vile, but I do notice a mental lift during the day from it.

I just mix Extra Virgin Olive Oil in with my oatmeal (twice a day).
