Default Advice for my routine

I've been lurking around these forums for awile, reading and absorbing information and i'm in need of some advice. I'm currently 19 years old, 5'8, and I weigh 138. No clue on my bodyfat percent, but i'm a skinny ectomorph, if i had to guess i'd say around 7% BF, Although skinny I do have a bit of muscle, I always have it's just in my genetics I suppose.

Just about month ago I started builking the same day I quit smoking pot (I did it a LOT). I weighed 125 then so I'm up 13 pounds in one month, and i'm trying to clean up my bloodstream of THC at the same time, I don't plan of going back into the drug life anymore so I've replaced it with living a healthier lifestyle, and so far it's working wonders. I'm just hopeing if you guys could throw in some advice here and there to tell me what I can do to help improve at what I'm doing to make it more efficient.

Here's what I eat everyday, it's pretty much the same everyday with little changes here and there, I've also given up all junk food, except I do have a can of coke maybe three times a week.

Morning
Centrum Daily Multivitamin (no clue which kind I should be taking)
Oatmeal or raisin bran
Glass of orange juice
Bannana

Inbetween
Vector energy bar OR two nutrigran bars
1 Litre of chocolate milk 2%

Lunch
Pita with lots of chicken/turkey with bacon and plenty of veggies
1 Litre of white milk 2%

Inbetween
Pizza pocket

Dinner
Whatever mom makes, always some sort of meat, usually with potatoes and a few veggies
1 Litre of white milk 2%

After dinner/before bed
1 Litre of white milk 2%
Bacon sandwhich (LOTS of bacon on 2 peices of whole wheat bread)
Bannana
Apple
Yogurt

All throughout the day drinking water whenever I feel like something other then milk I also take 2 table spoons of creatine everyday, and NLarge2 whey about twice a week (the kind i have tastes horrible, and it makes me feel a bit sick right after drinking it so I don't do it as much as I'd like to be doing it)

My exercise routine is just doing lots of pushups and lots of situps, plus I have a 50 pound curl bar that I lift in every which way until my muscles get tired, no idea what to call all the lifts, but i do them every day of the week unless i'm feeling sore. Plus an hour of walking everyday (30 minutes to work 30 back). And I drum for a hobby so it's definitly a sweaty bit of funn.

It may seem pretty messed up and unorganized but it's WAY better then what my day would be like before, eating 1 healthy meal and crap meals inbetween. Any advice is much appreciated.

I think you'll do just fine. Maybe try to ramp up the calorie intake though. I'm quite ectomorphic as well and have been trying to gain weight for two years now and have finally realized that I really need to start eating ALOT more to see any differences.

Uh oh-- I think you need to be eating a lot more if you want to grow. Just guessing, Im pretty sure I eat more calories than you, and Im a chick Throw that diet into a nutrition calculator and see what you come up with!

And you might want to rethink some of your choices---
Instead of those gross prepackaged protein bars, make youre own (I swear its really easy!)
Instead of just cereal and fruit for breakfast, throw in some protein
Instead of a pizza pocket, use that meal as another chance to get in some quality protein (cottage cheese, tuna, etc)

And if you dont have access to a gym, you might want to ask for exercise suggestions in another forum-- but I would say definately get a pull-up bar!

Wow, thanks for the nice tips there. I know I need to eat more, I'm trying my best to eat whenever i'm not hungry, it's just so hard I feel always full, but I will take your advice and try to eat a little bit more everyday. (that's the reason why it's only pizza pocket on the secound inbetween, im way to full from lunch to eat anymore then a pocket)

Calories are something I don't really pay attention to, and ya got me there. Whenever I look at nutrition thingies on food I always just skim over the protein and how much vitamins I get from it Any tips for something I can add into ym diet that have a lot of calroies? Like a LOT of calories? haha, I don't want to munch out candies though.

Is there any cereals out tehre that pack a lot fo protein? I see vector has like 7g per bowl? and that's around 14g with some milk in there right? Hmm maybe I should find some good tasting whey and do 1 scoop a serving twice a day everyday?

If I can't manage to get a lot more calories in and i keep working my muscles hard will it be debenificial? (is that a word? )

And I've searched through vitamins on these forums, and haven't found anyone that's said which dailys vitamin would be good for bulking, I can't really go wrong taking these Centrum Performance specially formulated for energy and vitality can I? The bottle is almost gone so I'm soon to be looking for a new type.

Sorry for all the questions. I'll keep searching through old posts to try and figure some of them out. Thanks anyway widthofacircle and 730d

You dont just want the colories, otherwise you could just eat Hot Pockets and prepackaged protein bars! How about making that meal cottage cheese and some peanut butter?
And you know, where is your workout in this diet? Inbetween which meals?

Oatmeal with a scoop (or two) of vanilla protein powder? Good carb and good protein
I drink a couple shakes a day, but I also dont eat certain kinds of meat. Put your info into a site like www.fitday.com and see what you need! I didnt realize how little I was eating when I first started lifting either, until I started tracking it.

And I just take One-A-Day womens vitamins. You should search the Nutrition section (I bet theyve talked about it)

Your diet needs help in my humble opinion. Pizza Pockets? Come on, you know that is not the best choice. You should probably be eating more calories overall too, I think.

I suggest you start reading the nutrition section and preferably the sticky threads.
