thermogenics/Max-OT
necessary? suggested? or hype?
I'm just asking. since the ephedra scare I can't find it anywhere (guess I could mail-order it). what's wrong with caffeine?
reason I ask is I skimmed the Max-OT book John has here for download (made lotsa people mad at work printing the thing out) and what made me suspicious is almost right away there's a pitch for AST MegaBlammo or whatever their ephedra product is called, and the writer makes a huge deal about it.
otherwise Mac-OT looks like a good plan but I don't see in Stone's supplements that he bothers with thermogenics, just follows the Max-OT training. I'll probably do that once I get my strength stabilized as I haven't trained in ages and just started w/a trainer, who is a far cry from the ones I've had at other places in that he has a B.S. degree in this stuff and he seems to understand my limits from old injuries. so far, anyway.
