Olympic Weights!

Default Olympic Weights!

Well Guys, i'm sweating i just finished carrying my uncles' Olympic Weights in my basement. He loaned them to me.

So much for the old standard and iron plates. Well i have some iron plates and rubber plates AKA Blues.

I really look forward to tommorrow i always found that i could lift more weight with Olympic Weights.

Now you can do Olympic lifts without trashing your wrists too!

VO2max: 55
65 x 225# squat
50 x 315# deadlift in 9:50.6
31 x 405# deadlift in 9:45
46 x 410# trap bar deadlift in ten minutes
