Default Tuna + Hummus

I'm new to this dieting...I"m new to meal planning and after a rough start I'm starting to find tasty food that is also fairly healthy.

I have found that I really really really like hummus and especially the red pepper hummus.

My tuna:

3oz Albacore Tunafish
2 tablespoons Red pepper Hummus (Joseph's tahini hommus) *
4 Slices of Arnold - Light Seven Grain bread

Total Calories: 420
Fat Grams: 6
Carbo Grams:42
Protein Grams: 55

I had this for lunch today and yesterday. Very tasty and it fits in with my diet.

Hope you like it.

So this hummus is called:

Joseph's Hommus Tahini Roasted Red Pepper it is distributed by riverside specialty foods in Lawrence, Massachusetts so you may not be able to find this near you. Nutrition Info:

serving size 28g (2 tablespoons)
Calories: 50
Total Fat: 2g
sat fat: 0
cholesterol: 0
sodium: 50mg
Total Carbs: 4g
fiber: 1g
Protein: 2g

Vitamin C: 6%

Maybe you can find something similar.

Sounds great! Hummus is one of my favorite foods. It also goes very well with avocado (very simple: slice avocado, remove stone, fill with hummus, maybe sprinkle with cayenne pepper).
