Hello all! I just thought i would share my progress with you guys as i know how much support like minded people can offer. I started my new lifestyle officially on 01/01/2004 (no, it wasn't a new year's resolution! Just thats when i started recording my progress).

My starting stats:
01/01/04

15st 11.5lbs @ 24% BF

Goal: To improve my eating habits and lifestyle as a whole.

Exercise:
Sun- none
Mon- none
Tue- none
Wed- Row, 30mins @ 150-170 bpm
Thu- none
Fri-none
Sat-none

Sun- 5min warmup, stretch, weights (back + biceps), 20mins row @ 150-170 BPM
Mon- 30 min row @ 150-170 BPM, core
Tue- 5min warmup, stretch, weights (legs + shoulders), 20mins row @ 150-170 BPM
Wed- 30 min row @ 150-170 BPM, core
Thu- 5min warmup, stretch, weights (chest, tricpes + forearms), 20mins row @ 150-170 BPM
Fri- off
Sat- 30 min row @ 150-170 BPM, core
