I've got alot. Definately seafood! Also chicken, turkey, cottage cheese, and every once in awhile I'll treat myself to a peanut butter and bannana sandwhich on wheat right after my workout! Along with a glass of vanilla soy milk!

My absolute favourite is defatted soy"chunks" . 80% protein, good neutral taste, excellent for marinating and so. Well, after that I believe it's good ol' soy beans.. a little hard for the stomache, but a nice source of vegetabilic protein. But defatted soychunks with 80% protein makes out the biggest portion of my protein intake.

Tuna. I could eat it right then and there, I love it. Favorite ways to prepare it is with white rice and tuna with some veg. Or a sandwhich with low cal mayo (1 tsp) and onion on wheat bread.

since eliminating red meat from my diet, partially due to health reason, and partial due to religious reasons, i've noticed a great liking to DETOUR bars. =]

A good steak or salmon.
But I eat 2 chicken breasts a day, so as you might imagine, I rather like chicken as well.

Tuna is ok, and I made some awesome chicken in the crock-pot this past weekend, but my favorite has to be my whey-protein shakes (particularly the vanilla, haven't tried mint-chocolate). I first had the shake with water, and quite frankly I thought it was disgusting. I then switched to having it with skim milk, and it was delicious. I've since weaned myself off of the milk, but do allow myself to splurge once in a while.

The Reflex choc mint is yummy, but so have most the flavours been, the only whey i didnt like was the muscletech crap i got when i first started using whey.

I loooooove chicken. Just call me the chicken girl.
I hardly touch lamb or pork and only started eating beef a few years ago for the first time (religious/family reasons).

Grilled chicken breast in the oven is the one I like the most....
It's what I eat for lunch and dinner everyday...
