Arrow Ryan "Bench Monster" Kennelly's new DVD!

I just wanted to drop a note that we have it for sale on AtLarge.

Ryan is one of the top 3 benchers in the WORLD (shirted or RAW). He weighs over 300 lbs while still retaining a pretty good physique. He is a 2 time winner of the Arnold Classic. Here are a few more of his accomplishments:

- First man to bench press 800 lbs.
- Has benched over 700 lbs 30+ times in competition!
- Can play with 405 lbs for 20 reps in his bare skin! No shirt at all!

Ryan is a true benching freak and if you incorporate the bench in your training this video is a MUST SEE!

You can see a free preview and some screen shots prior to purchasing here:http://www.atlargenutrition.com/nutr...69d4149d881372

I am telling you this video is pure MOTIVATION!

Ryan Kennelly is unbelievable -- the weight he puts up on the bench press is astounding ... and, unlike Rychlak, the man can (and does) bench huge raw numbers. I watched him bench 315 for 30 reps once, which is impressive by itself, but when he stopped, he looked like he had another 30 reps in him. It was almost as if he were just benching the bar with no weight on it at all -- incredible.

And as Chris Mason says, for a 300 pounder, he has one hell of a physique. In an interview, I've read that he actually wants to maintain a halfway decent physique, and that once his is done competing, he'd like to get down to a muscular 220.

I haven't yet seen this vid, but from what I've read, it is phenomenal. Virtually everyone who has purchased it has loved it.

Nice preview Chris -- Thanks.

I've got a copy on the way. Obviously I'll be reviewing it from the standpoint of a non-powerlifter. Just from the preview I was interested in watching it - it looks very inspirational!

The DVD artwork looks awesome-especially compared to the other powerlifting videos I've seen in the past. Very professional.

It is a better/higher quality production that most iron game videos, that's for sure.

I clicked "Supplement Facts" and almost fell over laughing. Nice Easter Egg there Chris!

I might order this movie on my next Nitrean order, I'm no powerlifter but it looks interesting.

Yep, we have to fix that programming glitch which automatically creates those links.

Sweet! Those of you who watch it, post your reviews! Like Fast, I might get mine with my next batch of protein (I still have half a bag of ON whey ... been meaning to try Nitrean given all the positive comments it gets from JSFers).
