Default Do you have a cheat meal?

Just wondering if anybody in here has a set out cheat meal for the week. Since most of us don't eat "normally" as others might say, just wanted to know what it was everyone indulges themselves with.

For me I eat 100% clean, but every Monday night instead of my usual meal, I replace it with 3 servings of air popped popcorn and some of that icantbelieveitsnotbutter spray. It's something I did one night months ago, and have looked forward to it every week since then.

I'll have some banana bread every now and then. That's it, though.

ive structured my cheat meals around goals that i achieve. sort of like a "good boy" treat for me. i hit one of my goals yesterday morning, to that evening i had a cheat meal, then got back on my wagon. i probably wont make another goal for about 1.5 to 2 weeks...

I've never liked the idea of set cheats, if i have set cheats i'll use them, so i don't.

My main unhealth likes are beer and fish and chips, so i occasionally have a beer, or a portion, but less than once a week.

I think that's English Law!! Aren't you required to enjoy fish & chips along with a good stout once a week???

I know! I don't care though.... it's only once a week. I should add that I am not on a fat loss diet, though. If I were trying to lose I would probably pick a different cheat meal ..... maybe.....
