Extra skinn...
I've lost abot 60 pounds/30Kg of fat byt now and i have some extra skinn because of that.
I can pull up my stumic so that it becommes totaly flat. My stumic is now almost hanging down a bit. And i can pull the skinn on the insides of my over arms a couple of inches.

that is one for time
Over time most people's skin will shrink and it will improve, healthy eating will get out with that. If it doesn't go back there are medical ways to help out but that's pretty drastic.

I don't know how much medical weight this holds, but I have heard that water helps your skin to regain its elasticity. Drinking loads of water is really good for you anyway, so it can't do any harm.

Age plays a huge role in it too. I think people under 40 have more collagen and therefore more elasticity in their skin. Their skin tends to gradually return back to normal, although it might never be as tight as if you were thin the whole time.

Im only 20 years old, so i hope my skinn is going to tighten it self.
I lost 30Kg in 8-9 months, from 110 to 90 in 4-5 months.

If you're 20 you should be fine. It's just going to take time. If you replace that fat with muscle you should fill out some of the skin.

I honestly have no idea about length of time. Everybody is different. Your's might take 2 months to stretch back fully or 2 years. You just have to wait it out and see.

it will happen but gradually, like most things it's different for each person, you'll look better by summer but i wouldn't want to say it'd be looking perfect
