I'm totally motivated, now that I've seen what John achieved, and I definately want to try going the same way, with one large problem.
I don't know where to start. I weigh 100kilograms and am 1,90m big, so I want to lose some weight, and get rid of that fat, but I have no idea how to go about this. I have almost no equipment at my disposal, so what I would need is a bit of a nudge in the right direction when it comes to excercise and nutrition...
I hope someone could help me with this. Maybe you could, if it's not too much, suggest / point me in the direction of an excercise schedule and tell me what role nutrition actually plays....
