Default Cardio in the am

Well normally i dont care about the fat burning fights when comparing AM running to PM running. Normally, i run about 5pm or so, then get dinner.

Today, our damn fire alarm at dorms went off at 7, so i decided to walk to gym and get it done rather than freeze outside. Needless to say, i feel really good, (albeit sleepy), but its fun knowing that u dont have to plan out ur day when dealing w/ cardio. So, i reccomend every1 try both ways and decide.

I like to run pretty late also. Right around 6 or 7 is when I go now.

man... I'll get my treadmill card in at any time I can take it. I'm in no way a morning person (unless staying up all night into the early a.m. counts) so most if not all of my cardio comes from the p.m. - I'll usually throw on something TiVo'd from earlier in the day. works really well. then a shower, a light snack, and off to bed.
