MulitVitamin, morning?, noon?, night?
Anybody have any theories on when is the best time in the day to take a once-a-day multivitamin? I figure it probably doesn't matter but I was just wondering.

Hi,
I'm not sure when it's best in terms of the way your body uses it, but i take mine in the morning, purely for the psycological (is that spelt correctly? lol) benefit. I think it kinda gives a boost for the start of the day knowing that i've taken all my supps correctly.
Greeno.

The brand I take (Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition) take two/day. So I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

You're right -- it doesn't matter when you take it, as long as you take it. The same time every day is best.

John, What brand of multivitamin do you take?
I was thinking about taking the AST Multi Pro 32X
here is a link http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ast/multi-pro.html
What do u think...is this a good multi to take?...it seems to me that it over does it on some of the vitamins.
Thanks for your help.
