Post Asian Style Marinade for Seafood

I use this to make kind of Asian Style Fish Tacos. It works great for marinating any type of seafood especially shrimp.

Marinade – Makes 6 Servings
˝ Tbsp Sesame Oil
˝ Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lime Juiced
˝ Tsp Lime Zest
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Finely Grated Ginger
˝ Tsp Pepper Sauce (Smokey Chipotle is what I like)
Marinade fish & mixture in Ziploc bag for 30 minutes then cook on BBQ or broil in oven. Top with fresh chopped cilantro when removed from oven.

Nutritional Info – 1 Servings (If you eat the marinade but most is thrown away)

Wasabi Ginger Sauce – Makes 18 Servings
2 Tbsp Fat Free LoCarb Mayo
1 Tsp Wasabi Paste
˝ Tsp Horseradish
˝ Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
LoCarb Milk
Mix all ingredients together and add milk until sauce gets to the desired thickness. You may want to adjust the Wasabi and horseradish to your liking. I love them both so I may make this a little strong.

Nutritional Info – 1 Servings
I couldn’t figure out because it was too low and the program I was using won’t go that low. It was about 10-15 calories per teaspoon.

Take 2 Lo Carb tortillas and toast in frying pan. Make tacos add fish, some shredded cabbage or spicy sprouts, diced sweet onions, a little chopped cilantro, and a Tsp of the Wasabi Ginger Sauce.

Tastes Great!!!
