Default My Goals

Well, first off I,d like to thank all the people in this great forum.You have all given me invaluable information.I.d especially like to thank John, MArcus, gravity homer and all the people who have posted all of their transformations, there is no better motivation out there than you guys.

Well first off I'm 23 years l'm 5' 7" I currently weigh 196 lb.About 2 months ago I weighed 215 lb.My heaviest weight has been about 235lb.My goal is to go down to about 170lb so that I may be recruited for the navy.About a year ago I was on my way to leaving for the navy but I was in a car crash and broke both my legs.Then I was in the hospital for 10 days while the operated me and I didnt eat anything in those 10 days because of depression.

I lost 30 pounds in 10 days. which was all muscle basically.Then I had to stay in bed for a month before I could even be moved in a wheelchair, but since I've always liked to lift weights once I got on a wheelchair I started lifting weights for whatever muscles I could.I gained weight back when I started eating and also gained a lot of muscle.But then once I started walking I kind of let loose and gained to much weight again.
So here I am now 196lb havent been this light in over a year.If it wouldnt have been for all the motivation you guys give off I wouldnt have come this far.Now I know I can lose weight with a proper diet and good exercise.I hope to lose the remaining weight in maybe 4 months or so.Thanks you all!!!

I'll try to post some pics of me before and after as soon as I get them.
