Default Question about Meal Plan/Routine

Since I started college and online classes, I have gotten into the habit of sleeping in until 3:00 or so and staying up until early morning. I was wondering, as long as I watch what I eat when I'm up and follow the workout schedule I planned, should I be okay?

Like, if I got up at 3:00 I would do my cardio, eat "breakfast" and then go on about my day. When evening came, I could eat my final meal and do my dumbbell workout and then go to bed shortly after.

I am trying to switch my schedule around, but making your body go from one rhythm to another is hard. I just wanted to make sure all this work I am going to put in will not be for naught (so I can try to change sleep habits beforehand it if must).

Also - if I happen to skip over one meal (like a snack) could I add that to the next meal and be okay (I wouldn't just want to skip it and loose the calories and protein/carbs). Thanks for the help!

I'm in the same position, I wake up at 1pm days I don't go to college, and just continue from there, I don't think of it as "lunch breakfast dinner" and all that" and just "meal 1 meal 2 meal 3" and so on.
