hi i am just biginning to train 3 times a week on a home multi gym
im 21,and 13.6stone , i dont eat well but do need to im not in bad shape as i did boxing for 9 month but i do hav a (belly)

my aim is to be big as i can be but gain a sixpack (shape up, define) i have been looking on web for a program where i can self log myself to keep me motivated, i tend to do the same workout the 3 nights of the week
can any body plz giv me pointers on how to gain muscles to my bodys best ability and the (average muscle growth)
