Default New Titan and Home Gym

I finally got my new workout room done and the Titan set up. I am really happy with everything. I have attached some pics of the titan and other equipment.

Here are the details.
I built the room in my garage. The room size 20’X 16’. I covered the concrete with 4’X6’ X ¾ horse stall mats. They work great and cost is under $50.00 each.
Bought new dumbbells 15 lb through 56 lb. And a new parabody dumbbell rack and 300lb olympic set, and easy curl bar.
New low profile florescent light fixtures,
I already had a Tread climber and a Total Gym.
Just got a new air conditioner but haven’t got it installed yet.
I have to buy mirrors for 2 walls but am going to have to wait a little while as my budget is shot.
I will post more pics after I install the mirrors and some finishing touches like shelves and accessory racks.

I have just completed my first 4 day cycle on the titan and can’t even begin to tell you how much I like this machine. I am extremely happy with my transformation in the last 7 months with only the Treadclimber and Total Gym, but I am really fired up now that I have a complete gym at my home. It seems like a lot of money to some, but to me it is a sound investment in changing my lifestyle.

I know your post was primarily about the Titan, but tell me about that big fan. Doesn't look like anything you'd find in a department store.

I don't know if you can find it at a department store, I bought it at a contractors equipment store. You could probably find one like it or similar to it at local contractor equipment supply house. Hope that will help. It works well even if it is 80 degrees or a little higher it makes it comfortable while working out.

48 Year old, glad to hear your machine is working out for you! Also glad that horse stall matt from the Farm Supply Store did the trick. That was a great idea at a good price. I understand the 3/4 inch depth has provided a stable platform for the machine? Your weight room looks great btw! Please let me know about the cable Cross or Punching Bag option if you decide to go that way. You have been great to work with!!!

Your home gym looks awesome! That red color sure is eye-catching. I sometimes wish I'd gone with red, but I think the gray is more my style.

I'm also glad to hear that you are enjoying the Titan as much as I am. I just finished my back/biceps/traps workout a short time ago and this thing continues to amaze and inspire.

Thanks for the pictures!

Brian, you are the one that needs to be commended on you service, I have said it here before but it is OUTSTANDING!!! Not once have you left me hanging on any questions, you take care of your customers that is the bottom line.
Thanks again

John thanks for the reply, I can’t hardly believe the engineering that went into this piece of equipment.

I am a little intimidated though, The only real workout routine to date has been on my Total Gym and it is taking me a while to develop a routine. It would be great if someone had specific workouts, with the exercises and prescription for tempo, warm ups and sets, I am using the routine that Schteevie has for bulking now, even though I am still cutting.
Sorry to make this so long , thanks again

That setup is killer. If only we'd gotten a house with four bedrooms 'stead of three... I'd love to have that kind of a setup at home. I'm very anti-social in the gym, so the whole "gym atmosphere" is something I could easily do without. Add a nice stereo system to that room and I'd be in a state of pure bliss...

I love the red. If I ever invest in a Titan, the red color is for me.

Well you are very kind. Thank you! Regarding where the Heavy Bag would attach there are two positions, one attachement places the bag in the center position at the back of the machine. This is for people who are very tight on space. The other attachment puts the bag off the left corner of the Titan. Looking at your pictures this would be on the side where your fan is located. From what I can tell from your picture you should have plenty of space for the side hanging option.

For an idea of what the bag looks like hanging in either position click on the associated picture seen here: http://www.szultka.com.pl/english/conanHPB.htm

Hope that helps. Also, we will be sending you a very comprehensive labeling package to put stickers on all attachements, attachments holes, hooks, cables, etc. This simplifies things quite a bit and when we have the new instruction book finished (which we will send) for exercises it will simply be a matter of plugging attachement X into slot Y or pully Z into slot E for example. This will simplify things and help you get to know the capabilites of your machine more quickly. Besides that, these stickers look really sharp on the machine giving it an even more sophisticated look Good luck as you continue to explore your machine and develop your workouts. Let me know if you need anything and we'll take care of you any way we can!
