Best time to use creatine?

Default Best time to use creatine?

Should it be used in the morning or in the afternoon? Right before lifting or after? Thanks.

Definetely after lifting although some people like to split it before/after. I'm sure both are fine.

I take it twice a day. Right away in the morning (4 grams) and them immediately after lifting in my post-workout shake (4 grams).

Monohydrate?

I am using CEE and I take the whole daily amount pre-workout. On non training days I split it up to 1 dose AM and 1 dose PM.

With Mono I did what Jaybird suggested. One in the morning and another PWO.

Ya, I take monohydrate. Thanks for clearing that up. I keep forgeting there's other varieties of creatine out there.
