what to eat before and after weight training?
well on my new lifestyle i eat 6 meals a day w/ the 40/40/20 thing. i just started it. i do cardio in morning when i wake up fasted. i heard its best to do weights 8 hours after..i eat every 3 hours. so should i wait a certain amount of time after eating to go to gym or eat before gym..what is most important to eat PRE workout..what is most important POST workout..i plan to drink a protein shake after, but what will be good to replenish muscles?
