Hello everyone, while i continue to try to change my eating habits i wanted to raise a question that i never seen before.
If i where to restrict my calorie intake to reach my goals without concerning myself with clean foods and good ratios of carb/pro/fats would i continue to lose bodyfat? IE i calorie count and eat pretty well what i always ate besides soda, fast food etc
BTW Did anyone watch fear factor tonight? They got the contestants eating ratshakes
