question about peanut butter on cutting diet....
im eating non hydro peanut butter (smuckers). my question is how much is too much peanut butter while staying well under caloric maintanence.
for my high protein days i find that eating about 2 to 4 TBS of it helps me get in my required caloric numbers. its about 210 cals for 2 TBS.
everything else is either tuna, chicken and protein shake.

I guess that depends on how your macros are set up and how much fat you get otherwise. I usually eat at least 1 tbsp of almond butter per day, often 2 now that I am trying to increase my fats to 30%.

thats a good point. so theoretically a 40 % p, 20% c and 40% fat macro would be bad (in terms of loosing fat) even if one is well under thier caloric maintenance level?
