Anyone familiar with "body sculpting"?

I just watched a show on Discovery Health called 10 Years Younger... A woman with some loose skin around her mid-section had "aggressive body sculpting" done, and it tightened up her mid section. To me, it just looked like a deep tissue massage, but maybe there is more to it?

Anyone familiar with this procedure?

I know there is a procedure where they actually surgically remove excess skin from people who have lost tremendous amounts of weight but if this is like a deep tissue massage its probably not the same thing.
