Question What do you percieve your body type to be?

Where would you say you fit in relation to the three main body types: Mesomorph, Endomorph and Ectomorph?

It's extremely unlikely you'll only be, one most people area mixture of he threee to some extent, this link below sums the body types up quite nicely (don't read into the name of the site too much, I just came across it on Google )

http://www.dummies.com/WileyCDA/Dumm...le/id-488.html

I personally think I'm some place between mesomorph and and ectomorph, though more towards mesomorph; I say this because I only gained singificant quantities of weight when I stopped playing all sport (the mesomorph quality of gaining fat throguh too much inactivty, but not totally balooning in size), but was able to stay pretty trim while playing sport even though I ate a lot of crap food (the ectomorph side meant I didn't gain much fat even though I ate lots of chips and sweets/candy).
That's my opinion anyway, maybe I should post a picture some time for you guys to judge

Ecto by nature, slowly added fat over the years, turned into I-don't-know-what.

Endomorph?

I dunno. My middle finger and thumb overlap if I put my hand around my wrist, that's an ectomorph thing

Right now I'm a flabby-morph, soon I'll be a ripped-o-morph

Definately Meso. I just hide it well under the 10 years of insulation I packed on.

I'd say I'm a endo. Tall, thick, and easily put on the poundage down below.

Rock, if you check out the article Hobbes linked to, I think you'll find that, like him, you're more of a mesendo then an endo. Sure you can gain fat easily, but youre still a big guy without that fat..
