Default "The Bra Bunch"

Anyone ever experience this? You're wearing a form fitting top and in the back it looks like your bra is too tight just behind your arms? You get that unattractive flesh-over-the-bra look under your shirt? I always thought that was at least partially a product of not being toned. I have to say though, when I just saw "the bra bunch" on Debra Messing in tonight's repeat of "Will and Grace" I felt much better- the girl is a stick. This would imply it's got a lot to do with just being an ill fitting bra. Of course, being toned probably helps avoid it a lot too.
