Default Eating before or after HIIT?

Hey gang,
I've seen a lot of different opinions on this subject.

Should HIIT be done in the morning of afternoon?

AND.....

Should you eat before or after HIIT? carbs? protein? Whey? meal replacement?

Some questions apply to weights? eat before or after? meal replacement? whey?

Thanks in advance ya'll!

Additionally,

What is a PWO? should i be taking a blend shake rather than Whey?
I gotta admit, all this stuff confuses the heck outta me.

I can do this, I have a good work ethic, I can workout, do cardio...

I just wish I could find someone to tell me what to do and when, cause i would! ha ha. However, the life of the student doesn't allow me to afford such luxuries. So I am trying to put together my "transformation" plan.

Thanks for your patience!

hey guy,
welcome to the forum! I admire your enthusiasm.A PWO shake stands for post workout. It's normally in a 3:1 ratio.Simple carbs to protein. As far as what and when to eat and when to work out I've got an easy suggestion.Just thumb through the threads posted in this forum. There's alot of hardcores here who are more than willing to share info. Most of what you're asking is already posted.Good luck
