Accomplished my goal for February!!!!
My goal was to see 138.5 on the scale and I did it! I also worked out 5-6 days each week in Feb. I saw my b/f's mother for the first time in 5 months and she asked if I had lost weight! She said I looked great and wanted to know how I did it!!!

I ate like crap! I had to completely change my eating habits. I've lost about 15-20 pounds since she saw me.

Congrats, woeisemma- I know what you mean about how great it feels when other people notice, that happened to me last week too! It's amazing how motivated you can get once the ball gets rolling- a little positive reinforcement is all it takes!
