I LOVE lifting on a Monday
Especially after a few cheat meals over the weekend. I have so much more energy and get a wicked pump.
Gotta love extra carbs in the system!!!
Just thought I would share my joy with the rest of you.

Me too, I usually feel the same way. However.. this monday my left shoulder is jacked up from doing skullcrushers.. go figure. So I have to pass shoulders on to later in the week, and change the whole system. Yargh!

I do legs on Monday since everybody in the gym is mostly doing chest. And yes, skullcrushers is for triceps, if your shoulder's hurting you better hope it's not an injury due to improper form :d_redface
And another yes, I have more energy with all those extra carbs from the cheat, but it doesn't go the other way round when I have too much fat in my system. I causes me the lazyness syndrome... :d_confuse
But anyhow, a great physique motivates me more rather than a jiggling gut after a cheat

Yes, they are for triceps. I usually do them just fine, but I must have done something slightly improper. Good news is that it doesn't hurt anymore... I don't really think it was my rotator.
Plus side. I had a great leg workout today. Woo!

Yea, gotta hit the Legs on Monday. I don't allow myself to lift my chest/tri or Back/bi's until I have already lifted my legs that week.
Now that it is getting nice out there are fewer and fewer people making it to the gym in the afternoons when I go there. I go right at 4 when I get done with work for the day, people start showing up more around 5:30 though when I leave.
