well i've been thinking my diet over a bit
instead of a salad, maybe i should have peanut butter on wholemeal biscuits(wholemeal crispbread) that would only be about 230cal's, i'll need to add another 100cal's to that somehow...
is eating natural peanut butter everyday ok? i figure it has some fats i need (i cut out walnuts, but i figure i can get omega-3 from tuna)

thoughts?

thanks for any help

ps: damn creating a good diet is STRESSFUL!
