Default Keto Induction questions / pitfalls?

I've been at this for 6 months. On a 404020 diet, I have dropped nearly 40 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle. I have stalled big time and I have tried just about everything to break through this plateau. I'm at about 11-12% bf, down from 28%. I have stalled before, but a week break took care of that. I have upped my cardio, both increased and decreased cals, I have changed the type of cardio, etc. My next move it to try a cyclical ketogenic diet. If this doesn't help me get shredded up, I'm going to bulk for couple of months and then try again in late March or early April.

I'm not too excited about this, because frankly the food doesn't sound appetizing. I'm going to do a two week induction though and stick with it for a minimum of two weeks beyond that before I would start to get back to 404020 levels.

I have crunched the numbers and I have my cals and breakdown, but what else should I look out for? I already drink1.5 gallons of water a day. I have phased out coffee this week, and instead of 20 oz of black coffee, I'm getting about 10oz. of green tea.

I'm going to follow Chi-town's plan at c-k-d-com for my workouts.

What else should I look for? I'm jumping into this a little early, as I haven't read any books, other than the ckd.com site inside and out, and followed along with the bb.com keto forum.

Any help out there?

I would just try to eliminate 1/2 carbs from your diet...tinker with it...u have major success doing the 40*40*20.

And replace with fats? I've been stalled out for so long, this was about my last alternative before just taking a long break from cutting.
