Protein Fortified Chocolate Dessert
Makes 6 Servings
1 Large box Instant Jell-O Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
3.5 Cups Carb Countdown Milk
4 servings Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Pure Protein brand 19g protein per serving.
In a blender mix the milk and protein powder until well blended. Then pour into a bowl and whisk in pudding mix until fully mixed (about 3-5 minutes whisking). Cover and refrigerate over night. The following day mix again thoroughly until smooth.

Note : It is very important to refrigerate over night in to give enough time for the pudding to fully dissolve into the protein powder/milk mixture. It will look like chocolate cottage cheese when you first open it up in the morning, but after you mix it, it will be smooth as silk.

If I have extra calories to burn at the end of the day then sometimes I will splurge and mix in 1/4 cup Fat Free Whipped Topping. I know it has some bad sugar carbs in it, but when you stir it into the pudding mixture, it is just like chocolate mousse.
