Stats: 5'10" - currently 185 lbs and 13.5% bf. Was 230 in 2003 and down to as low as 155 in 2006. Want to get to 180 and 10% eventually.

Anyone up for talking about fitness, weight loss, etc using Yahoo, MSN, or AOL instant messenger?
I'm on pretty much every day during work hours and wouldn't mind meeting some people. I have to work too but some idle chatting while programming wouldn't hurt my productivity much.

Yeah I never get IMs from this board either. Not part of the "in" crowd I guess.
