To consume about one scoop of ON whey on the morning after i wake up,and one in the night before going to sleep?

if u dont eat breakfast, than yes. If u dont eat enough cals, 1 scoop ON + cottage cheese before bed is good

Very little is actually neccessary, it's more about the whole picture. It's definatly not necessary to suppliment with anything, but it can be very helpfull.

Throw up some more details and i'm sure you'll get some help, more you give us, more we can give you

Current status - Almost there! Final few lb to lose before bulking.
Routine is 3 days MAX-OT weights, 3 days cardio, 1 day rest
Weight loss - 194lb to 162.5lb = 31.5lbs
