Dumb question but I can't find a calorie count on a normal garden salad.
I'd say it has 3 cups of iceburg lettuce, half an onion, a few baby bella mushrooms, a carrot, 1/2 a small tomato, 1/4 cucumber, half cup of broccoli, and 6 oz. of skinless chicken breast.

Try registering for free at fitday.com or download this handy tool.

Just by looking at it, I'd guess around 300-350ish

try Nutrition Data and plug in each food and calculate it yourself. takes a little grunt work to get all the numbers but should be helpful.

if you did manage to find the calorie count on a normal garden salad it wouldn't accurately represent that one you have there anyway...most of the calories you have will come from the chicken...I'd say txitalian was on the money with 300-350 (no dressing right?). Maybe 400 who knows?
